You, our client, are at the heart of the project and we are here to take your headache away. From initial engagement we will expertly guide and direct you to ensure your final project is exceptional

Listen & understand

GC Fitout are committed to understanding our clients' requirements. We collaborate with you to create a plan for a workspace that enriches your culture and drives performance in your business.

Plan

Your brief is agreed then we hand pick the best fit team for your project. We will pull together a project execution plan, including a regulate meeting and reporting schedule and an indicative project programme.

Design

We provide you with sketch plans, layouts, concept design and if required 3D renders / drawings. Detailed design will then progress once concept design agreed in line with budget and programme objectives. Samples and mock ups will also be provided.

Construct

This is where we really get to work. We’ll execute your design and smoothly build your office fit out in accordance with your budget and schedule. This phase is all about coordination, communication and implementation of quality and Health & Safety standards.

Post Handover

When we handover your project it means it is 100% finished: no snag lists, no late arrivals. We provide pre handover training for new installation features for you and your staff, and we’re always happy to help you bed into your new workspace and deal with any queries you might have.
